Start a Remote Support Session

AnyDesk is the free remote support tool we use to connect to your computer. Click the button below to download it. No installation required - just open it.

Once downloaded, open the AnyDesk file. You'll see a screen with a number labeled "Your Address" - that's your ID. You don't need to sign in or create an account.
Submit your request below
Fill out the support form with your name, a quick description of the issue, and the 9-digit ID shown in AnyDesk. We'll reach out to confirm the session time.

When we connect, AnyDesk will pop up a prompt asking you to accept the session. Click Accept and you're all set. You'll be able to see everything we do on your screen in real time.
